​“Our mission is to be a catalyst in bringing a change to football education. Our vision is to create an educated race of football players by consulting, scouting and mentoring.”

Eric Benny Sport Management (EBSM) is a multi-national organization having its offices in India, Germany and France. EBSM supports young talent in building careers around football while they continue their schooling, with a vision of creating a race of educated football players and professionals.

 

Founded by Mr. Eric Benny in 2011, EBSM became pioneers in bringing and integrating Indian talent into the educational and football system in Europe, amassing over 10+ years of mentoring Indian players in Europe. After having managed the Indian National Team at the Asian Games, Mr Benny joined hands with renowned professional French side FC Metz in collaboration with the All India Football Federation (AIFF), to become the first Indian firm to create a residential football program with a first division club in France. Their contribution towards the development of youth football in India has henceforth been noteworthy. Not too long after, EBSM partnered with feeder academy Deutsches Fussball Internat in Germany in 2015. They had the privilege of supporting and training the Indian Under -17 World Cup team in Europe from 2015 to 2017. Players that have been mentored by Eric Benny Sport Management are successfully playing for the Indian 

National Team, Indian Super League (ISL), I League and European Clubs today.
