Eric Benny Sport Management (EBSM) specializes in Consulting, Scouting, and Mentoring for aspiring football players, emphasizing the development of educated athletes. Currently running training programs in Germany and France, EBSM aims to identify and select raw football talents for its residential professional and academic program. Notably, EBSM supported the Indian under-17 World Cup team in Europe, and fostered the growth of players like Anirudh Thapa, Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, Jerry Lalrinzuala and others under Benny's leadership.

Indian Football is still in its Developing phase and footballers from small cities have to struggle hard to be noticed.Thanks to Mr. Eric Benny, I had the incredible opportunity to join FC Metz after my time at the AIFF elite academy. Playing in France's Ligue 1 was nothing short of a dream come true for a young footballer like me. Working alongside Mr. Benny was an absolute pleasure; his helpful and polite attitude underscored his dedication to promoting talent. His extensive experience and track record speak volumes about his contributions to the game's welfare. On behalf of many players, I extend heartfelt gratitude for the opportunities he provides.
