long term Program

This program is a full–time integration at one of our centres of excellence in Europe, including full boarding, lodging, training, schooling, etc. After a comprehensive screening of the player during the short-term programs, the player is selected to be inducted at our academy and admitted into the school for the course of the school year.

Players looking to dedicatedly work towards becoming a professional football player opt for this program. During the course of the year, our professional coaches work intensively with the student-athlete and share a detailed analysis to sustainably improve their game every season while being educated at our private school. They are integrated as squad members of the academy and represent the same as a registered player, allowing them to compete in friendlies and official matches in the respective European country’s youth division.

These chosen few are personally mentored by EBSM and are guided during the course of their footballing journey. This is the holy grail, where dreams come closest to turning into reality.
